    I have SIX different rolls:
    100% cotton
    70/30 blend
    100% poly
    Poly puff
    Wool
    Bamboo

I had to find a way to have it easy to dispense for customer quilts. My DH has NO IDEA what I have going on in the studio.....

I spend a little time to cut the whole roll of batting to the sizes that you usually work with - twin, queen, etc. Then I store it individually wrapped, stacked in a safe, dry place. Usually top shelf of clothes closet. The batting is easily pieced in case you need a bit more .

I don't have room for it to hang horizonal but vertical would work. Your idea has given me an idea of how to store mine vertical and be able to roll it out. Now I'm keeping it in the original box and it is work to get to it and cut it. Thanks

This was posted about a year and a half ago. There have been some changes made, but you'll get the idea!

I wish I had the money for the batting, that would solve a lot of my problems. God bless. Penny

I know how you feel Penny! It just plain sucks to be poor, LOL. Especially when times used to be better and now in our *golden* years and know it's not likely to get any better!
