Thank you to everyone who posted the pictures of your creative Storm at Sea quilts. I have an idea for a miniature that I've been mulling over for quite a while. It's amazing how many ways there are to make this quilt.

I went looking for Wendy Mathson's website because I was curious about her templates. She has storm at sea graph paper to download and different layouts for the SaS quilt that might be helpful.

Check out Deb Tucker “Studio 180” Patterns & tools for this. Perfect corners and points every time. Did a King Size “Magic Squares” 106 x 100 and every corner was perfect using her methods. Check out their pattern Smooth Sailing. You would use their Diamond Rects and Square Squared tools. Components of each block are oversized them trimmed so they fit together perfectly.
