Straightening fabric and cutting strips

No matter how hard I try, I always seem to end up with a slight bow in the middle of my rotary cut strips. I straighten the fabric prior to cutting the strips, yet it always seems there is a slight bow in the middle. Does any of you have any suggestions for me?
