I would put a black piping between the print and solid narrow border. It needs a pop of color.

    ^^^^^Love this idea!!!

I am going to disagree also. I prefer the right side.

I thought originally the blue would work as a shabby chic look but for me it just doesn't, in person it just seems to take over the wallhanging, as well as the bright pink. So someone suggested I try something with the pale and bright pink. So here is what I came up with, just a peek of the darker pink, seems to make it recess more... hopefully...
    This one!!!!!!!!!!

I think it depends on where the wall hanging will live. What are the colors in that room?

I agree with my-ty. Do you have a soft pink floral? I think staying in that color range would be a knockout. The aqua is nice, but to me it seems like an afterthought. Your piece is going to be great

I agree with others that the left side seems to work better, acting like a frame around those gorgeous embroidered blocks. Nice job.

I like the left side more. To me it makes the embroidered blocks pop. Again, to me, the other photos seem to wash out the embroidered blocks. It will be beautiful no matter what you decide.
