    Default Stuck on one pattern...

Okay, I started organizing my stash (again...don't know why it never stays organized!!!) and I am stuck. I just lost all of my gumption to continue. So, if your sewing area looks better than this, I envy you. Hold good thoughts for me that I will get organized soon! All I started to do was add fabric to my color groups and group a few fabrics together for future quilts. I was pretty "into it" just a while ago, but right now I just am looking at it while I read stuff here on the board...

Well, hmmmm, I labeled this thread "Stuck" and it says "Stuck on one pattern"....which was a thread I started back in May or somewhere around there. Guess I will take that as a hint that I should just get off the computer and get this organization done!!

Something tells me purple is your favorite color... followed by blue...

What a wonderful stash, love the colors. When I see fabric I like I never know how much to buy. Is 3 yards a good number?
    Thanks,
    Carolyn

Just jump in with both feet and get it done. You are procastinating. Make a quilt using some of that lusious purples you have.

Yes, 3 yards is a good amount to buy. Most of my pieces are 2 yards, and more often than not, I wish I had more for a border or binding. Some of my pieces are from when I first started quilting, 3 years ago, and at that time I just bought a yard. Not enough....

My next two quilts will be purple....my favorite color...but first I have to get to my sewing machine, and the stack of purple is almost covering it up.
