Did I misunderstand? Are you looking for something to expand the quilt, or fill up that blank corner?

I need to expand the quilt. at a stuck point of trying to figure out what block(s) to do next. I need it to be an over sized full quilt. I have the last two blocks for the corner almost done. just have to fix a boo boo when I was piecing.

oh, that's ez--use the diamond {in the center} as the block to go around the top as the 1st border {set on point--this will make the border larger} & then sew on green & purple borders to complete the enlargement...

What a lucky little girl! That is a beautiful quilt. What if you just used the dark purple and green and did a row of pinwheel blocks or friendship stars?

I think this is a great solution. It repeats an element already in the quilt and will make the border look like it belongs. I would repeat the green and purple narrow borders that are around the center first, then the diamonds and then the green and purple again.

It's beautiful. Any little girl would love it.

are you talking about the very center blue and green section to "boarder" with triangles what I have? and then use the purple and green again?

Plain green in keeping with the green that is already there. You can then enhance it with quilting.Follow with more of the lavender framed with the dark.
