Alternating borders with the colors in the PP? Different widths? Seminole patchwork? Ribbon border?

This sounds like a wonderful way to complete the quilt, I can see it now!!!

And then add more borders to the outside?

I'm afraid I don't have any design suggestions, but I have to tell you that the quilt is absolutely gorgeous - she is one lucky little girl.

I like that idea of the border there. How about something like this. I found that company and it is www.zippydesigns.com, the Foundation Piecer. Here is a photo of an idea for the borders.

    Other photo with straight borders.

I like the curved border idea to enhance your center.

I love the second pic the best.I was planning on doing a double wavy boarder anyway. but that is getting ahead of myself. don't you hate it when you know how you are going to start and end something but the stuff in the middle is all a mess?

What a stunning block. I'm not much help with borders as I would probably just do simple stipes of each color around the block. But I'm still on my first quilt so what do I know? Keep up the gorgeous work.LOVE the colors
