    Default stuff at estate auctions

So...today I was driving down the road..when I noticed a new sign "Thrift Store"...so I did a u-turn and went back. Who could resist? Right?
It was a small room attached to a mechanics garage. Very dirty..and very unorganized..but he was telling me they just opened and they get their stuff at estate auctions. As I rummaging through everything looking for treasures..I casually asked him if he ever comes across any fabric at these estates. He asked me, "You mean...like bolts?" I nodded.

    wait for it....................

He said, "Yeah, sometimes..I just use it up as shop rags."

I think he can still hear me screaming in his ears as he lays his head on his pillow, tonight.

I have a brother who calls my quilting items "STUFF". He claims it should all be thrown away.

Especially if she let him know how much he could've sold it for and bought more oil and grease!
