I'm doing a small project that calls for these. I don't really want to buy them. can I use something else?

Is it on fabric? I would think anything that would glue fabric would be fine.

Well, fraycheck stops fraying of the fabric edges....I really don't know what homemade thing can be substituted, maybe someone here knows....hot glue..wellyou would have to buy the gun and sticks.....again sub might be school glue, but sometimes hot glue grabs and holds better....this, of course, depends on what your project is......

Thanks for your comments. It's the Christmas Wreath wallhanging where you push tiny lights through the 3 layers from the back and glue crystals on the front. Since it won't be washed I think I'll just use school glue for both applications.
