Are you just going to use 2 colors or lots of tonal back and white prints? Because, a simple rail fence, 9 patch or a Carpenters Star would be stunning. Were you looking for more complicated suggestions?

I am not sure Yellow Brick road would work as well as other patterns. I thought this free pattern looked the nicest:

I like Eleanor Burns Day and Night quilt. I made it with a third accent color, but I believe it can be made with two colors.

A few years ago I made a family reunion quilt in a black and white log cabin, with my relatives sending many variations of those colors and they all loved it, I thought it was a very striking quilt - I used the barn raising setting.
