I saw a cute star sampler from last year or the year before on A quilty kind of girl, but I can't figure out how to contact her or find the blocks. hopefully the picture will show up and someone can help me figure out how to find the blocks or pattern. thanks.

I don't know any names either but I am sure the more experienced members know most but I've seen most of these blocks on quilters cache . Com
    Good luck

That could be a lovely quilt indeed!
Just might "borrow" it for myself too.

It should be pretty easy to work out the pattern yourself, being that it shows so plainly as a grid. If you're having problems graph paper will be your friend.

And if you need more help go to QuiltersCache.Com and there's a gazillion patterns where you'll surely find each of them.

I went to her blog, found the Sampler link (which as you know didn't work), but then found the "My beginner Patterns", from there I found this on-line email contact:

    Good luck!

It's an easy one to learn the skill as it's all broken down into little blocks for you. Try it and you'll soon see how easy it is to figure out a pattern. Just do one of the stars at a time.
