I want to try to make one. I was wondering if you fuse it to the background without turning the edge under and what stitch do you use to finish it? I like that stitch that looks like a track, sorry, I don't know what it is called.

    Thanks

Applique is usually finished with a blanket or satin stitch. Some machines have the stitch built in, or you can do it by hand. There are wonderful videos if you Google the stitch name.

Don't forget to show pictures! I love Sunbonnet Sue!
