    Default Sunbonnet Sue

Ok, I know she's been done to death, but I really want to make a Sunbonnet Sue baby quilt for my cousin's first baby. I'm having trouble finding a good, clean, simple, classic Sue outline that I can use to base my Sues on. Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Have you looked at the Quilt Gallery? Lots of cute Sue's. Maybe someone would share pattern, or where to find it.

I am making a sunbonnet sue for my 2 y/o granddaughter. I absolutely love them.
I want to make a suspender sam for my 1 y/o grandson, but I know my son would ask me why I gave his son a quilt with dolls on it. So I'm passing on suspender sam.

Leslie, do you have a pattern you're using, or are you just making up your own Sue?

http://www.quilterbydesign.com/StarA...nbonnetSue.pdf One of my favorites, though I haven't made it. Check the avatars above; you'll see a pretty one.

I like this one because it's Sue, but it's a little different. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sK1-r1rmeJk
I think you could use any pattern you like and enlarge it to suit yourself although the official pattern is available for download for $3.5 at http://www.craftsy.com/user/43851/pattern-store
