I couldn't resist looking at the pattern when it's called Sunflowers Road and then I couldn't resist signing up for the BOM fabric kit to make it! The pattern in in the book, Yoko Saito's 208 page book titled Past & Present, My Quilting Life. I read about this book in a quilt magazine and was happy to see it available.

There is something about the Japanese aesthetic that just captivates me.
And the attention to detail - it's like they never stop putting stuff on the quilts, but it never, ever looks overdone.
Always elegant.
