    *********DESIGNER UPDATE***********

IN THE INTRO, I HAVE LISTED 2 1/2 yd BLACK BACKGROUND, 1 1/2 yds each FABRIC A & FABRIC B and that the contrast should be between A & B. The correct instructions should read 2 1/2 yd Black Back Ground - Fabric A, 1 1/2 yds each Fabric B & C and the contrast should be between B & C

The rest of the clues have fabric A listed as the BACKGROUND as it should be and the other two colors listed as B & C, as they should be the intro is incorrect. I have now corrected that and you should download the new version when you get a chance. THE YARDAGE REMAINS THE SAME FOR THE FABRICS. CLUE #1 IS CORRECT that is what you should be using as your guide as to what fabric you have chosen for what letter.

From the pictures that I saw posted, I think you all got it right. As long as you have 2 1/2 yards of black and then 1 1/2 yds of the other two colors, you will be fine!

I am truly sorry and feel like the bottom of my coffee cup at this point!

I have noticed an error in clue #1, or I did not see a correction, which is my error. Fabric A: Background, the instructions say to cut 26 - 2 1/2 x 4 1/4. I even underlined the 4 1/4 measurement thinking it was odd as all the other measurements were 1/2". But I followed the instructions. I will quickly cut some more.

I am sorry, but you should have enough fabric for the booboo's.

Next mystery will have time enough for testing !!!!!!!

go to this site where clue 1 & clue 2 should be. https://sites.google.com/site/rustysquilts/

mystytx in case you didnt know a mystery quilt is constructed along the way with clues that are given usually by the hour. you will not know what the quilt looks like until you have finished with the last clues.

the website above is where the clues will be posted so check back hourly. you can download and save them for use later or if you want to try it today, saving them will help you catch up. good luck and it should be a lot of fun.
