I too have been looking into the SS. Recently, a message w/ this co's website was in a group I'm part of, so I ordered it as this is at least $10 cheaper than I've found it anyplace else.
Although my account has been debited, I haven't gotten any confirmation of the order yet. It was not quite a week ago that I placed the order, so hopefully will hear from them soon.
Interesting that some folks love them, some folks say leave them.
I wonder, if you could find a teflon sheet in baking supplies, would they be bigger? Seems you could just put a hole in it for your needle. Maybe that would give you a bigger surface for your money?

Thanks peace! Good thot abt teflon baking sheet. How would you attach to machine? I think the web site said to allow for 10 days for delivery. You should have gotten notification of the transaction the minute your c/c was debited.

I read that the original Supreme Slider was supposed to be taped to the bed of the machine with invisible tape (which I assume is the regular stuff I use on gift packages). The website said that masking tape and other types of tape would not stick to teflon.
