That is certainly one quilt I won't be adding to me bucket list. It amazes me to see the beautiful antique quilts that woman did before they had all the fancy tools we have today.

That quilt must have been a labor of love! It's beautiful and a great use of scraps, but I'm sure that I'm not up for it ...

That was an interesting site though. Thanks for the link.

Wow - that is a gorgeous quilt. I'm sure I don't have the patience for it, but it would make a lovely take-along pattern for those hockey practice nights.

    Cheers, K

I like the look, but I would get seriously bored with all the same applique. Would take me a long time to do all those vines. My dream is to do a Baltimore Album quilt, never had the courage to start it. I have one hand quilt in progress right now (farmer's daughter), it is going on a year now, I am finished with all the blocks and am sewing the rows together. Maybe my next hand quilt project will be to find a BOM Baltimore Album quilt. So many ideas, so much stash, so little time.

Very beautiful and so beyond my current skill level (smile). Definitely a labor of love. Thank you for sharing.
