Suzie, the quilt is very pretty. When I first saw it, I thought "I have never seen a pattern like that". I had no clue about the name. And then to have someone else on the board be making it and see the post....How amazing is that???

There's something about the old quilts with all that gorgeous hand quilting that just begs to be snuggled in

Such a sweet quilt! I can see why you love to snuggle with it!
The original pattern looks fiddly...I would be tempted to make flying geese stars and applique petals on top of them.
