    Hi Granny,

    I know your post is months old, but I wonder if you ever got your Easy Spinner from Jasmine? I have ordered from them back in January, got a part of my order, rest is missing, and they do not reply to complaints, mails, faxes, phone calls I left on their answering machine?

    I feel very sorry for you. I ordered a grace hoop instead and I am very happy with it.

    Hi Granny,

    so I assume you got your money back from them? My CC company tells me it's been too long, sorry, the money was lost :(

    Hope you like your Grace hoop! I have a Jasmine Easy Spinner myself, but my order was for customers, I spent 3256 Dollares at their website and they sent only part of my order. I probably am the own the German quilt shop who has been out of Jasmine frames for months :wink:

    they didnt charge my CC but this is the only good thing I can say about them..............

    So why dont you stock your shop with the grace frames!?

    'cause they tend to be as slow as Jasmine responding to email inquiries ;) I once had a customer with a broken part, and it took weeks to get in contact with them. My distributor in the US says the same, so I won't deal with businesses like that, after the experience with Mr. Jasmine.
