    Question T-Shirt Rag Quilts

Has anyone made one of these using t-shirt fronts spray basted to flannel squares with no batting in the middle, then stitch the seams, and finally cut the fringe on the blocks? How well have the seams lasted after going through the washer several times? Do they tend to fall apart? Just curious.

T-shirt fabric does not fray, it curls up. Two or three layers of flannel clipped makes a nice ( raggy) quilt. I would sew the T-shirt pieces to squares first, then layer larger flannel squares, stitch together, clip & launder
