Default taking a break from Frolick

I had calls about a couple comfort quilts being needed so I have set aside my BH mystery quilt to work on them. Comfort quilts always take precedence in my sewing room!
A wonderfully generous board member gifted me some orphan blocks and included was an applique block in blues. I used this block as the center panel for this quilt and added borders. I'm very happy with how it's coming out.

Not sure if I want to add a framing border or just bind it after it's quilted. Any thoughts? I have a dark green floral that can be either a border or binding...

It's beautiful. My thoughts on to add a border or not would depend on how big it is right now. If it seems big enough then just bind it as it is, because it is awesome, but if it seems a bit small then add another border. Either way whoever gets this quilt will surely be comforted by it. Great job.

I like it very much! If you need to enlarge it I think dark green would make it pop well.

If I were to make it larger, my thought would be to add another border of the blue that immediately surrounds the lovely center block. How lovely of you to make comfort quilts for those in need!
