I am NOT the one to tell you NOT to go. I ran into the same deal before I left San Antonio and moved here. Brand new quilt shop opened up and didn't make it and was selling fabric for 50% off. Well, need I tell you more? My husband gets stressed when he sees fabric come in the door.

You cann't pass up a deal like that. 50% off. Get some rest Thursday night, bring lots of cash and just think that you may not have to go fabric shopping for a very long time. It is worth it. G0 GIRL

Some of that makes it cheaper than Wally World! See, now I have nearly talked myself into going Friday! Rats!
Check their hours for Bad Friday in case they open earlier then you think. Good luck - don't forget to post your deals

I suggest you select a few patterns you want to make and make a copy of the finished item (in black and white won't influence your color choices) and fabric requirements and take them with you!! It MIGHT help limit the amount (I said MIGHT) and you will be able to rationalize easier that you will be getting only what you need to make them. THEN, you don't have to feel so quilty when all those other fabrics make their way into your basket!! I do that so I don't find I should have bought 4 yards of that fabulous blue Moda for my border and I only bought 3!!! Be sure to post pics of your haul!!

I think you need to go to the LQS first and then if there's extra $$ over then you can shop at those other stores...LOL

I have 2 thoughts on going... you could consider it an investment towards retirement! I frequently justify buying more fabric this way. The other thought is that life is not a rehersal, so do what you want to, and if you enjoy buying fabric, I say go for it.
