I have to tell you about Customer Relations and commend Linda of dunsterquilts, she is also on the Board. Stupidly I ordered a pattern that I have been nuts about ever since I saw it in June of 2010. Well, guess what, I had already ordered it. Linda was kind enough to remind me and is refunding my PayPal. Now that is what I call great record keeping. Thank you, Linda, it was a pleasure doing business with you--twice. Had to tell you all that there are really special people out there.

That is what I love about emblibrary.com. There are so many times when I put a design into my basket and look up at the top of the screen and I've gotten a message telling me that I've already bought that design. It sure saves me money; money that I can buy more designs on. All things should be set up so well.

Thank you Lynne. <blush> It's not the first time someone has accidentally ordered two of something. I've done the same, and usually find a friend who needs the extra one. We all accumulate patterns "for the future". I guess we need to get busy making them!
