The name of the pattern is "The Praying Pilgrims Wall Quilt". It is in a soft cover book entitled "Holiday Happenings" by Christal Carter and published by THAT
PATCHWORK PLACE, INC., P.O. Box 118, Bothell WA 98041 around 1987.
If this book is no longer in print and you can get permission from The Patchwork Place to copy it, I would be happy to send the pattern to you.
