you don't like working with or just plain don't like? Mine is purple. The only shade I like in the purple family is plum. This is not to say I don't like any of the posted quilts with purple in them - I would never insult another quilter's color choices.
I made a wedding quilt for a newphew, and he and his new wife wanted purple, red and blue. Since they live in Alaska, i did a bear paw pattern. Lord 'o mercy - I dreaded working on that quilt. Some days I just couldn't work on it at all, other days I sewed like crazy to get it done.
    What's your color challenge?

Yellow. I see other quilters on here use yellow in beautiful quilts; I bought some yellow but every time I pull it out to use, I put it back and use another color.

I think I would have to agree!

I use very little yellow, when I do it is a "cooler" yellow.
Can't say that I have used much peach, maybe only once.

I have to say the only times I use orange/peaches and yellows are for Halloween type quilts, in small doses. I guess I also tend to not favor those colors.

Blue and White. I like blue just fine and live in my jeans, but for quilts, I never use blue or white. I'm starting to buy some blue batiks so we'll see where that leads. ;)

Well it used to be orange, but it seems the older I get, the more orange I buy.
