I use Udderly Smooth I buy it at amazon. My son and my friends daughter had eczema and none of the meds they were given helped. SOOOOOOOOOOOO I researched and if you have eczema that will not go away use Granpas Pinetar soap and shanpoo. It is hard to find in the stores but you can get it at the Vermont Country Store. If the don't have it on line call them this is a product they always have if not grandpas then they will have another brand but make sure it is pinetar wherever you buy it NOT coaltar.

When my hands were really bad, bagbalm at night with gloves...once they improve I put it on before washing dishes and use rubber gloves...the heat helps it to absorb and I wipe/wash it off when I am done with the dishes.

I've been using Aveeno Active Naturals Intense Relief Hand Cream for the past week, and it is definitely helping me.Dries fast and isn't greasy.. I can't use lotion at work, so this I put on in the morning, by the time I get to work its not an issue... you can wash your hand a few times too....I use it again when I get home and again before bed...

Ami Simms recommends Surgeon's Skin Secret on her site. I haven't tried it yet, but intend to soon (I say as I gaze at the bandaids on my cracked and bleeding fingers). Several years ago my hairdresser, who, like me, has eczema, recommended a hand cream that contained beeswax. I think it was called ActiveHands. It was wonderful! My hands became soft and smooth; it wasn't heavy or greasy; it had a nice, mild scent; and the best thing was - it healed! It healed all those annoying little painful cracks before they got to be larger, even more painful cracks. So of course the company stopped making it. I've never found anything since then that worked nearly as well.
Like ActiveHands, Surgeon's Skin Secret also has beeswax and is supposed to heal. Here's a link to the site if anyone's interested: http://www.jamarklabs.com/
Here's a link to what Ami Simms has to say about it (she's so funny!): [url]http://www.amisimms.com/skin.html
Ami also sells Surgeon's Skin Secret on her site.
If anyone here has ever used Surgeon's Skin Secret, I'd love to know if it worked and if you liked it.
