    Really hard to tell - the Missouri Quilt Co. does not tell you how many strips you are getting. It looked from the pictures like there are 42 total but the wish upon a quilt says 40. I can't even tell for sure if they are the same fabrics!

    So, the roll is just photographed from different sides?
    I've never bought jelly rolls before...really never looked at them, so am new to this.

    Yes, that's what I think too. It is rather difficult to get a "feel" for what you are actually getting, unless you've seen the entire line, Barb.. I think I'd rather have pieces big enough to prewash safely and easily...but there's lots of these jelly rolls being used for lots of things by lots of folks... variety and convenience seems to be the key to the popularity.
