    Its all about what makes you happiest ! to give to the person. Maybe in a sly round about way ask her .. show her a picture and see what she thinks .. Say something like: If you were getting this-what do you think ? something along those words ..

    You're almost done and most of us "like" the snowflakes......I think I am to understand this is NOT for you? Why are they a problem......put some love into the stitching and they will be GREAT!

    I like the snowflakes too! It gives it kind of a folk-art look ... that was your plan right? You meant to do them that way?

    But, if everytime you look at them it makes you unhappy then either remove them for rework a couple of arms on the flakes.

    Why would you want to take the snowflakes off? They are so cute and they make the block they are in!! Without them, that block would be empty!
