    Oh, I learned. I always use a stilletto now. But, they didn't teach that at school.

    I put a needle through my finger the other day, thread and everything. I carefully pulled the needle and the thread out, it bled a little and pretty soon I couldn't even tell where it had gone in and come out Weird. Good thing I had a tetanus shot recently, other than that no damage done.

    sure have- only one part of the needle snapped off and couldn't be found and what was in my finger was the thread but that was so imbedded in the finger I couldn't tug it out. so a friend came and took me to the hospital for the usual tetnus shot but also for an x ray. remember the other end of the needle was missing. the xray showed NO needle and they put a block in my hand so they could remove that embedded thread. days later I found the missing part of the needle in the top of the waste basket. did I feel foolish or what ! ! !
