BAGS - BAGS - BAGS ALL kinds of bags - haven't made a single one that's quilted and pretty and has lots of pockets.

Are you in the same bagless boat?

    Or

Are you whipping them out faster than quilts and table runners?

LOL, I have no desire to start yet another project. I've seen some beautiful ones especially from Jinny Beyer, but for right now I'm content to complete what has already been started. :-)

I've made a few different patterns, but like Goldilocks, I have to keep trying until I find one that's just right. Too small, too big, not enough pockets, wrong size pockets, you name it. I really need to come up with my own pattern. Maybe one day when I've got nothing better to do. :) In the meantime, I mainly use my "buttercup" bag. I've made it a bit larger than the pattern, larger still, but not quite right. The pattern was free. Here's a link:

wOW those were quick responses. At least you'll have a few gifts to use on the ones that 'aren't just right Goldilocks'.

I'm so far behind in my sewing I doubt I'll ever catch up! A few years ago I made a Lazy Girl Design purse and recently bought a mini Bow Tucks pattern but haven't had a chance to try it yet.
