I have a clock in my sewing room but I rarely look at it. If I have something important like making dinner, I set the alarm on my Bernina 820. When the dealer told me about this feature I laughed but I use this feature often. Who woulda thought ???

Like others here, my body or hands tell me when it's time to quit. There is a clock on the A/C remote but I only use that if there is something I want to listen to (watch). I have a radio/CD player but no computer. It stays inside the house or I'd never get any sewing done.

i do have a clock in the sewing room...I also use the alarm on my cel phone if i need to do something at a particular time. I may spend most of a day in my sewing room- but i set timers to take breaks- so i don't wind up with a back ache- or something else, so i stop for lunch, a drink- what ever. I tend to be pretty organized (time wise) most of the time & know what activities i need breaks from after 45 minutes & what i can do for 2 hours before i should stop for a bit. ... taking a break right now-
This is about the same thing I do. I don't have a clock in my sewing room but use the timer on my cell. Works for me.

Yes, I have 2 wall clocks in my sewing room but they may need to have the batteries changed or maybe they aren't set to the right time, I think they were set correctly when I set my room up 4 years ago! I am not a clock/watch watcher.
