    Great idea! I usually put a pin the the right side so I can see it but this is better. Thanks for sharing. I think the same would work for batiks and many solids. I know there really isn't a right or wrong side with them but I like to be consistent in the side that I use.

    Thanks for a great tip. At 82 and with no good near sight since cataract surgery, I have an awful time trying to figure right from wrong side on these neutral fabrics too.

    Thanks for a great tip, as I've often spent hours trying to decide which side was the right side on white on white fabrics, which I love to use in my quilts.

    I try to find the wrong side and put a pencil mark very lightly along the whole width of the fabric. I do that every few inches. And then I've found the pencil mark on top of something that has already been sewn in. LOL Not too often.

    Great tip and I will be using it today......at 75 my eyesight is still good but this is a great habit to start now for the future. Will share your tip with DD and DGDIL on Thursday......and we will all be thankful !!! Never too soon to delete a worrisome problem. THANK YOU, YOU MADE OUR DAY (and yes I ment to holler that)
