Welcome to the wild world of the web, I try to help as much as I can and have a lot of fun doing it, I am slow with the camera and stuff today but most days I hang if you have any questions whether it is about this or something else, I haven't been quilting all that long but sewing a lot longer which has helped me along the way.

I will have 64 blocks out of one side of 3 yards. They were cut at 2.5 inches so is that going to give me 4 inch blocks or six?? Six one way and 4 the other??
So how big of a quilt will this make??

CB,
I have been lurking but I think I am going to get in on this although late. I am doing a Row Run at 8 shops this weekend and going to Quilt Show in Hemet. I was just going to pick up the row patterns at the shops and not spend any money. Well now I see i have to get some fabric for OBW.
Your instructions are great and very clear. Thank you for doing this. I may not get started for awhile but I'm bookmarking all the threads.

Mimi Sharon, the blocks with the inset? Do you have enough of the fabric for the insets, corner pieces to square them up, and borders? You could do a block with an inset, and then a rectangle of the inset fabric, a block with the inset.... the blocks could be turned all in the same direction, different....it would make an awesome border

Welcome to the newest OBW player!! Salmonsweet, okay, gotta know more about that name, and are you in England? We have another OBW nut who is English, but she's living in France!! Imagine that.
Welcome!

Thanks for the welcome, esqmommy! I'm a German living in England. :-) I kind of have a thing for salmon, love the flavour, love the colour, wish it suited my skin tone so I could wear it. Maybe I should make a salmon quilt...
