Thank you again for helping us all through this. I got the book at Christmas but was nervous to give it a go.
It is so much fun and so addictive, I just want to cut more and more of them just so I can see what they will look like.
DH said I'm like a kid with a new toy!
We are going away tomorrow for the weekend so I can't play with them until at least Tuesday
I probably cut them a bit big but I figured the print was fairly big and it would look OK. I'm loving them so far.

the few I have cut so far

Oh, so pretty! Do you mind sharing the name of that fabric, it looks gorgeous! (Must not buy more fabric, must not buy more fabric...)

And as you don't need them this weekend, can I borrow them and play? Now I want to borrow everybody's...

Woody, those are stunningly beautiful. I don't know if I'd leave them alone for the weekend, there are those of us that are drawn to lonely fabrics and blocks...just saying. :|

I am loving all the blocks. I have come to the conclusion that there is no such thing as "ugly fabric". I will just cut it up for OBW, and see what I get.

Wow. I would hesitate leaving them as well. You never know now that we all know that they will be unattended.

I also was thinking you could incorporate the odd triangle into a border, it would give the quilt a little POP
I think it could look really great.
