I like this. Looks like Love and Hope are the pathway to faith! :-)

Oh no, I don't want a path! After a week of my daughter saying how much she dislikes the maroon, I decided to do something about it. I tried to break up the path too. It is better. I may have to give up on the idea that one day I will say, "Ah, I finally got it."

Personally I like this SO MUCH BETTER! I like HOPE (orange) being on the other side, marroon being down and the love(white) being on the other side. And admire you for plugging and plugging away at this until you get something you like.

I really like the maroon with the others. It really looks nice.

Okay, last week I finally got up the nerve with the help of my friend, Cheryl, to cut out my OBW. I got 121 blocks from 3 1/2" strips. Here are the first 17 sewn in halves and put on the board. Would it be alright to not pin them together while up there? I noticed, I had pins in them before sewing and it distorted the fabric some. My husband really likes them so far.

I teach OBW or Kaleidoscope...I'd really recommend that you pin. The danger in not doing it is that they do get mixed up and it can ruin your design in a second. I've made six of these quilts and taught several classes and the most mistakes come when hexagons are accidentally separated. Please pin.

Enough said, I'll continue to pin. Thanks.
