    Sometimes that's the best thing to do. Leave it alone and go back to it in a couple days.

    you have done an awesome job. picking the fabric and all the work that you have done to get it this far, I can't wait to see the finished results,

    No, I didn't think it was ugly at all! And, it sure turned out terrific ... I was really interested in seeing some of the hexagons actually had squares on them, which I hadn't particularly noticed in the original fabric. <wave>

    OK I finally got it how I want but now I need more in the corners :oops: I was thinking of using the original fabric to fill them in and then using a large solid black border, what do you think?PLEASE EXCUSE all the trash :oops: :oops:

    Ok sorry it's been way more than a couple hours forgot I had to do grocery shopping today.
    Here is my second shot at layout. i think it is closer

    Tell me what you think. Something is just a little bit off. Need some help

    Not trash, I call it lived in look. Had to use my hubby's "playroom" cuz cats kept "helping" :)
