first you take a piece of paper and lay under the seat and trace around it and make you a pattern then you add about 1/2 inch to it so you will have enough to turn under for your elastic or draw string then applicate what ever you want on it, hope this helps you i have made several and they are easy.

I make and use towlet seat covers to decorate the bathroom. It gives a little flair to the bathroom. Just have to copy the lid of the towlet and add 3 inches plus and fold over 1 inch and sew leaving a opening on the bottom of the seat and run a string thru it to tie it.

I use polyester batting as it is cheaper batting and I add facing to the back of the fabric. I also make a matching tank cover and for the top of the tank I make a scarf for the top.

One year I made about 10 sets in Christmas fabrics. They were lots of fun and really easy.
