I have been quilting on a friends and buying one in the spring when she moves because now I can't live without it. You will love it. They are a fantastic company. The machine is fantastic to work with in my experience. Have fun!!!

That is wonderful, you will learn, just take time and practice. I read everything I could find on the subject before I started on mine. I also joined some groups on Yahoo for help and they are very helpful. Have fun.

Thanks to everyone for their encouragement. There is one thing about it, after such an investment, I have to use it! I know it won't be something I will be proficient at without lots of practice, but I love to sew and quilt, and I will be determined. I am not afraid to jump in and tackle it. I am sure you all will be hearing more from me!
Suebee, CONGRATS TO YOU TOO! Have you quilted on a long arm before? If not, maybe we can share our experiences and keep in touch as we learn.

Hi Kim - I have quilted on a longarm before so I have a little experience. I currently have a Babylock QCP on a new joy gold standard frame...Ive been quilting on it for 3-4 yrs now. Its considered a shortarm, but I have learned a ton! Plus I have quilted on my friends A1 longarm before. Definitely keep in touch
