    Default Totally Tulips quilt

I am working on this quilt and am having problems arranging my fabrics into something I like. Normally I have no problems with 'scrappy', but I am tempted to make all 4 flower patches with the same color. If you have made this, will you share your pictures?

    Nothing wrong with going non-scrappy.
Your quilt .... and you can do whatever you want!

When in doubt ... check with Mr. Google.
    Here's some for inspiration.

Fun pattern. After looking at some of those photos, I can tell you *my* preference —which I think could marry your two choices. How about making each tulip a different color , but only one color instead of multicolors within each tulip? I like the monochromatic scraps.

Or make each one look like the sun is hitting the tops of them by putting the lighter shades of the color family on the top-most petals. Pink on top of red, yellow-green on top of forest green, etc.

I've made two of the Totally Tulip quilts. My first one I use all Christmas fabric and called it Christmas Tulips. It won first place at my guild's challenge quilt show. The last one I made it was all scrappy. No rhyme or reason except a white background. My DD claimed it immediately.
