It was the make it and love it.com. Thanks everyone for your help. I have lots of upholstery fabric to use so I can make several of these.

Went to the make it/take it site and almost got lost looking through some of it. First looking and then pinning. Had to get back. I am due to get dressed adn go to work in a short while.
