ok, so you're not sending the fabs to me I guess? well just go ahead and send the quilt then! really love it, those helpers get a bit annoying sometimes when they rearrange! I have a dog and a cat and as soon as I lay something on the floor they race to it and wrestle. I guess we should get our own stuff!

Kathy..I cut the fabric the wrong way the first time..lol! so i was short the "sheets" as they are referred to in the directions..which is from the 1986 magazine. The only extra fabric i have, is going to be used in the second or third border..scrappy. if ya want the quilt, your gonna have to come to the wedding shower and grab the thing before it gets in the bride hands!

3 sides done with the second border..

do you think it needs a 3rd border? if so, what color would you use out of the colors in the quilt?

Oh, that is very pretty in those colors! I would add a final dark border if it were mine.

got the last border on it this morning..and even mitered the borders..usually i totally forget to leave extra fabric on the ends so i can miter them!
I hung the quilt up sideways..so i could get it all in the picture! Kim
