    I saw an interesting technique at Quilt Festival making a t shirt quilt. The demonstrator used the gridded fusiable pellon type material (like we used for watercolor quilts). she used the grid as the base. Cut all the parts including grid. Folded and sewed the seams and had a top. It was a clever way to make the tshirt quilts as you didn't have to back the t shirts before sewing.
