Since I have not be very successful find a template I have decided to make my own. My question is what a good size to make. I dont want anything too big nor too small.
I am going to make each of my sons a throw for Christmas and will need them to go together fairly quick.

I've done both 4 inch and 6 inch, both are pretty. If it is a smaller throw I would use a 4 inch, a large throw the 6 inch. Just my thought!

My Sister's Husband works at a sign company and she had him make her a 5" and used her charms squares for a quilt. I also found 2 smaller ones (can't remember the size) at Tuesday Morning for .99. If you have a Tuesday Morning store you might want to check them out. Sometimes they carry templets.

Find someone or store that has an AccuQuiltStudio™
and rent it for a few hours. It's super fast and easy and you'll be able to get LOTS of tops done!

This pdf gives measurements for the 6" finished tumbler that will help to draw it.
