I can't find it, so my recommendation would be to ignore it.

Are you talking about the pink center blocks?

I'm with the others, beautiful quilt, but I sure don't see any "mistakes"

The only thing I see is a beautiful quilt someone put a lot of time and effort into for some special people or person. As another stated about the galloping horse.

Bearisgrey, You have the same reasoning as my husband. It must bother me. The red is the darkest color in the quilt too. I guess now is the time to change it. Thanks.

Sval , The pink ones get a pass, it's the dark red ones in the upper right. It's not really a mistake. I tried to keep the. same print away from each other. I think my lesson learned for this quilt would be,I should of kept my color tones all the same. The dark balance really played with my head. Quilting sure can teach us a lot about our self. A couple more scrapy quilts and l'll be cured. Thanks

I don't see it plus I won't spend time looking for it. It is beautiful. Sometimes we just need to stand back from our work and see it as most people, recipients, will see it. Easier said then done, I know.
