two color card trick block

two color card trick block
I need help with math figures.....I have one main color that is triangle cut to 6 1/2 inches
/this is my main color. What size do I need to cut the other two colors that will make this work? Common Variations
A Card Trick quilt block can also be designed with two fabrics instead of the four that we used in our example. Such a block would look like the one to the left.
Just be sure there is enough difference in the 'card' fabrics so that they don't blend together into a lump.
as the above mentions two fabrics it mean the cards themselves. please help!!!! Thanks Starlite

On this link you can make 4 1/2", 6" or 9" blocks. I made a 2 color card trick quilt and placed the blocks on point. I wanted to be different but I don't like it as much as placing them square. Good Luck!

There are a few ways to piece a card trick so you have to decide first what pattern you will use. Since this is normally a four color block, just double the fabric amount for a single block with both fabrics.
