Won't make a dp4 if it disappears, not worth the effort!

David, Forgive me but what is a "dp4" I think we need a key for all these shortcut words. Why don't people spell the words? Thank you, peterparley

I love a 2 color Bears Paw, but I also like lots of contrast for that one.

How about Friendship Star. You can alternate the star and background. It is quick, easy and would be beautiful in 2 colors.

Hi Carol...My quilt is a mini, measuring 17 x 17 inches. If you look close, you will see that it is a Bear Paw variation. The quilt group I belong to has a challenge 4 times a year. Everyone participating chips in 1 yard of fabric and the color must be season related. Thats why my quilt has all fall colors. The cutters cut each yard into however many ladies are playing. In our case it's around 20. Everyone gets a portion of everyones else's fabric. The challenge is that you must use every fabric contributed somewhere in the quilt. You can use as much of your own as you want Plus you can use one other fabric of your choice. My choice in that quilt was the background. It cannot exceed 18 x 22 inches all around.
I am nearly done with my winter quilt and will post it Jan. 6th.
