I am currently quilting a generous (95" x 95") queensize quilt. I am using Fairfield 80/20 (cotton/polyester) and I love it. Hand quilting is not my favorite but this is going very well. I have gotten it over half done in less than a month, and that's saying a lot for me.
I have used warm and natural and will continue to use it or small quilt and runners done on the machine.
