Just caught up with this thread. Refuse to admit how many UFOs I have WIPs. Exercising is cuting in to my sewing time but I think this thread is what I need to get back to the machine AFTER I walk my two miles at night on the thread, I mean, tread mill.

OK I am working toward my Feb UFO being completed before the end of the month. Today I had a friend bring me one of her UFO's to finish for her, she needs it next month for a wedding. I was able to pull one border fabric and the backing from my stash, will only need to purchase binding. She is paying for the fabric and the quilting I will do on it. Now I have another UFO added to my list:) Seams like everytime I finish one I find two to take its place:):):)

okay, Lucy in the sky and you other ladies: I just clicked on this but I have already begun finishing a qween sized top that has been in hiding for about ten years! I have added two borders and will mark the wide border as soon as I get a wash away pen. Then I will add a final piano key border. Then sandwiching, quilting and binding. Whew sounds like it will take all year. I am currently hand quilting a huge Grandmother's Garden 30's quilt for my DIL.

Finally! This is more of a whole cloth quilt, because I didn't really want to make a lot of blocks for it, so I used a panel and put some borders on it. Joey, my grandson, wanted the fish theme.
My finished one for January; already got the ooohhhhhs and aaahhhhhs for it, but wanted to post it anyway.
You can ohhh and ahh over my littlest grandson if you want to. his name is Joey.

It's a great quilt! Love the backing too. And the prop is cute.
