Welcome to the group. If you need encouragement, this is the place to be.
Show us some pics and maybe we can help.

I have bookmarked this group. I was feeling bad because I have so many UFOs but after reading so many others comments, I feel so much better. I even started working on some blocks that I started about 4 years ago. I am planning for my neice and I to quilt her top we finished piecing last year. She is 10yrs old and this will be my first traditional quilt also. I have made the denim flannel quilts but they are easy because when you finish sewing the blocks, the quilt is done. Thank you ladies for all the encouragement you give on this board.

Don't know if this will qualify for my July UFO but . . .
Bought some drapes last year. They weren't hemmed, you hem them to your own length. So I hung them, pinned the hem and they've been hanging like that since last fall. You couldn't see them pins because they were in the pleats. So I took them down, hemmed them, washed them and they are back up. Hooray.
So, does finally hemming my drapes count as an UFO? If so, then I have my July UFO done. That makes 7 done and 5 to go.
