I have 39 UFO/WIP objects that I unearthed and photographed the other night....my goal is to finish twice as much as I start, and I DO have two UFO's chosen already to be my 'guinea pigs' to see if I can do this!!!

    Good luck all!!

I like that goal. I need to do the same. I need to finish two for each one I start too!

I started counting all my UFOs and got so discouraged. I bought a long-arm last March and haven't even stitched one stitch. I have NO excuses (except for young kids, a hubby deploying, and a full-time teaching job.) :P

I definitely need to join this challenge.

Misty, you are in trouble now...you joined this board (Welcome by the way!) and now you'll be spending even more of your sewing time on here instead of sewing!

Patrice, congrats!!! You say nothing special....I say...lookin' GOOD!!!!!

if you are working on anything you started last year or earlier you are automatically "entered" in the challenge. if you complete any of it/them, you have automatically ticked off an achievement in the challenge.

you're virtually guaranteed at least one tickmark in the "did it" column ... all you have to do is show it to us so we can ooooh, aaah, and pat you on the back. ;-)

Yesterday, I spent some time (all day, lol) starting the big organize of 2010 in the studio....
I have started two different UFO's to work on when I feel the need to CREATE instead of organize...

1-Yankee Puzzle, being hand quilted while watching movies with DH
2--a Crazy quilt like project, from a class about 5 years ago, that I hated....but I had an epiphany yesterday about it, so my seam ripper is doing double time....

I will be decluttering the house room by room, leaving the studio for last, but even I couldn't find any motivation to create in the way it looked yesterday...

    Yankee puzzle (1998!!!!)
